Week 4 has arrived at Jahn School of Fine Arts and the energy and excitement continues to flow across the campus. During this week, there are a number of activities happening. As always, it will not be complete if you are not in attendance. For starters, September 15th officially kicks off LatinX and Indigenous Peoples’ Heritage Month.

We are looking forward to our first big fundraiser, Husky Hustle, on Friday, September 20th. Create your student's page and ask for support from friends & family. Let's start the year off with a bang!

Volunteers are needed to run the bases and help with other activities during Husky Hustle on Friday, September 20th. Sign up to help make the day a success for our kids!

Registration has begun for after-school fun with Ms. Nancy and Ms. Stamos leading Girls on the Run. Once per week on Thursdays for Grades 3rd-5th, the program uses the power of play to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

FOJ is an all volunteer group of parents who are dedicated to improving our school through building community as well as fundraising.

Two weeks of school are now in the books and the year is quickly off to a wonderful start.

Week One was full of joy and excitement. Despite the warm weather during the earlier part of the week, temperatures cooled off just in time for our Faces of Jahn pep rally on Friday. Although we had to move the event indoors, it was still fantastic.

Join us on Monday 9/9 from 4-5 pm for this in-person opportunity to meet your child’s classroom teacher, as well as other members of the Jahn school community. Dr. Kimbrough will begin the night by briefly speaking to all families in the auditorium at 4pm. Afterward, you are welcome to bring your child and siblings to their classroom and around the building.
