The Fine Arts and Wellness team is pleased to present our Family FAW Festival on Saturday, May 16th, 2026, from 10 am to 12 pm. The festival will be held outside on the Jahn playlot and consist of student musical performances and artisan market, a fun physical obstacle course, and make-and-take art activities. It feels like just yesterday we were kicking off the school year, and yet, here we are in May!

At the 5th Annual Carol A. Walter Junior Youth of the Year Competition, our very own Jahn Husky, Kaylin, was announced as the 2026 Junior Youth of the Year out of eight incredible finalists from across Chicago's Boys & Girls Clubs.

On Sunday, May 17th, bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness! Hang exclusively with Jahn families and friends from 1-2 pm, with the option to stick around from 2-4 pm to enjoy the rest of this carnival-like experience. Purchase tickets by 5/13.
