Students use THIS FORM to submit their registration for a talent show audition. By filling out this form, you confirm that you understand that not all student acts will be selected.
Every child must be registered regardless of whether or not they are part of a group.
If your student is auditioning as part of a dance troupe - please enter the name of the act in the exact same manner.
THIS FORM IS DUE Monday, February 10th
Permission slips for the dress rehearsal (February 14th from 3 to 4:30 pm) will be sent to those who make the final performances by Thursday, February 13th.
Auditions will be virtually submitted.
Audition feedback will be sent by Thursday, February 13th.
On Friday, February 21st, there will be TWO performances with the same show line-up in the Jahn auditorium. Families are welcome at both or whichever works best for their schedule:
- Daytime Performance - 1:00 to 2:30 pm
- Evening Performance - 4:00 to 5:00 pm
