Greetings Husky Families
As we welcome the last week of January, we encourage our students to continue to embrace this month’s SEL theme of Growth Mindset and Goal Setting. Throughout this month, it has been great to see students sharing their goals and taking time to explain the benefits of having a growth mindset. As we typically say, our SEL themes can live beyond the month they are designated. We look forward to seeing what February offers as its SEL theme.
There are lots of things happening on our campus this week and we would love for you to join us. Please take a moment and check out what’s happening:
- Tuesday, January 28th - please join our Parent Advisory Council as they host a workshop. This arts workshop will teach you how to nurture creativity in your children and create intentional spaces in your homes. The workshop starts at 8:15 am.
- Friday, January 31st - we celebrate Lunar New Year with our parade at 12:45. Please join us as students in Pre-K through 5th grade display their artwork in celebration of the holiday.
- Saturday, February 1st - please join our Friends of Jahn for their Winter Wonderland. This event, from 10 am to 2 pm, will have something for everyone.
