**In this camp, the same group of students will participate in both Dance and Cooking. Students will participate in a dance and theater class from 8:15-9:45, have breakfast from 9:45-10:00, and a cooking class with iCook from 10:00-11:30. Please note, kindergarteners participating in Kick off to Kindergarten are NOT eligible to participate.**
Chicago Danztheatre Ensemble: Dance and Theatre!
Calling all actors, dancers, writers, comedians, musicians! Everyone is welcome regardless of their skill level. CDE's flexible arts integrated curriculum focuses on developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills, while incorporating theatre, dance and visual art. Our teaching artists ​incorporate lessons on social-emotional learning, with the teachers demonstrating these valuable skills and allowing students to express and process emotions.
iCook: Around The World
During this summer camp, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by international cuisine. We will travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions of Southeast Asia, Europe, Central America, and beyond. We will learn about fresh herbs and vegetables, and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of our dishes. We will master cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more! All ingredients and supplies will be provided!

"Rising" refers to the grade that the student will be when school resumes in the fall. Filling out this form is noting your interest. Enrollment will be confirmed shortly thereafter. Programs need to have a sufficient number of students to run. If you have multiple children, please fill out the form for each child.
