PAC March Bulletin: School Quality Redesign, Family Resources

At March's meeting, Parent Advisory Councils (PAC) were given updates on the accountability redesign for school quality measurement and learned about upcoming stakeholder engagement opportunities before a final policy is passed by April 2023. Additionally, the CPS Children & Family Benefits Unit presented on the Illinois Department of Human Services' (DHS) new process and breakdown for Medicaid renewals. Effective March 1, 2023, SNAP Emergency Allotments that began in 2020 will end and families will go back to their original SNAP benefits. Visit here to see the presentations.
