LSC Weekly Update - Monday May 16th

Listening Sessions:
Thank you to everyone who attended the staff and family listening sessions last week. The LSC was able to collect very valuable information on what our community is looking for in a new leader. We will use this information while reviewing applications and in developing interviews.

 

Surveys:
Last week two surveys were sent out, one to staff and one to families. The family survey is still open until EOD Wednesday May 18th, so if you still have time to share your thoughts!

 

The Principal Selection Working Group will be meeting to discuss trends identified from staff/family surveys as well as the listening sessions. The recommendations we arrive at will be shared with the LSC during the meeting on Wednesday. See a list of this week's meetings below or visit the Events Calendar. 

 

The LSC has created a designated resource page on our school website that can be found here. The Hiring Process Timeline on the page is the general overview of the selection process. Please know that this timeline is fluid and may change depending on applications and/or interviews. The LSC reserves the right to adjust the timeline as needed. We are sharing this timeline view so that everyone can get a sense of where we are at in the process and where we plan to be over the next several weeks.
